General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of RoViJe GmbH for the “Asian Supply Hub”
- Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between RoViJe GmbH, Eichenstraße 3a, 61476 Kronberg/Ts, Germany (“RoViJe” as owner of Asien Supply Hub) and its clients, in connection with the operation of the Asian Supply Hub platform and the sourcing of goods from Asia, especially from China.
- Services Provided
RoViJe GmbH acts as an intermediary between European clients and Asian (primarily Chinese) manufacturers. Based on the client’s technical specifications, quantity, and target pricing, RoViJe GmbH initiates supplier searches, obtains quotations, and may assist with CE certification, logistics, and an initial product inspection.
- Disclaimer of Liability for Product Quality
The client is solely responsible for final product quality control. RoViJe GmbH performs a one-time visual inspection in consultation with the client.
RoViJe GmbH assumes no liability for defects or deviations discovered after this inspection. No warranties or guarantees are given beyond this, to the extent permitted by law.
- Disclaimer of Liability for Legal Violations in China
RoViJe GmbH shall not be liable for any potential infringement of intellectual property rights, such as patents, trademarks, or copyrights, related to products or manufacturing processes in China.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that no third-party rights are violated when submitting a product inquiry.
RoViJe GmbH is not liable for legal infringements that occur outside its control in the Chinese market.
- Right to Decline Inquiries
RoViJe GmbH reserves the right to decline any inquiries, especially where no suitable manufacturer contacts are available or legal concerns arise.
- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is the registered office of RoViJe GmbH.
